General Information and Rules.

This is a fairly simple RPing forum and as such does not have many rules. Each topic is a completely seperate story and does not cross over with other forums unless they are a spin-off of the storyline. Anyone is welcome to join in and post as long as they follow these basic forum rules:

Swearing is acceptable as dialogue when RPing but is taken quite seriously when directed at other forumers; swearing at other members of the forum will result in warnings and then a ban.
When joining a particular thread you must first create a bio for your character, this enables both you and others to keep track of your characters. If your character is appearing in a different topic set in a different universe, it is not necessarily required to create a new biography unless there are significant changes.
When integrating yourself into the storyline, try to bring your character in gradually and do not take over the plot; too many people trying to control the story and wanting to be the 'main' character only confuses everyone and quickly creates rifts between users.
All posts must be read over for spelling and grammar errors, and all posts must be in proper paragraphical form. Minor mistakes are acceptable but if your entire post is messy or just plain lazy you will be given a warning to edit the offending post within three days or it will be deleted. You must also write as you would in a correct, functional paragraph, meaning do not use (*) to indicate actions or highlighting to indicate speech; and always use proper formatting. Character thoughts need not be italicised, just worked into your post.
If you receive five warnings of any type by an administrator you will be suspended from the forum for a month, if you then receive three or more warnings you will be banned from the forum entirely.
Lastly, have fun and make sure to always be courteous to others.
