Anei 'eeped' and almost dropped the baby, she'd only been toying with the man and hadn't expected him to say that.

"But--" Anei stared wide eyed at him.

"Ama says he's my brother!"

Mentaro covered his mouth. His eyes wide. "Ahhh...." He looked to the bear. "He did it!" The cat then ran and hid.

Kietsu was feeling very conflicted, half of him wanted to pound on the stupid cat and half of him wanted to go console the obviously shocked Anei.

"But...That means...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Anei cried, placing the child on the ground to wave her hands frantically in front of her face.

Mentaro peeked out from his hiding place.

He was greated with a swat from a bear claw before Kietsu went over to his ward, who was still freaking out.

"Menny's my dad!?" She cried in complete confusion, just as Saiyu walked into the clearing.

"Youbo say what!?" He cried a mili-second later.

"What?" Mentaro said.

Kietsu just glared at the cat.

Mentaro glared at keitsu.

Takeo hurled a few sutras through the flames and momiji let out a blood-curdling scream

Kuroi flinched as he heard his daughters scream
he reached out for Hikaru
she shuddered and vanished into thin air, his hand passing though the place where she had been only moments before.

Kaoru pounded on Hotaru's door franticlly
'he has to be here he has to...'

Hotaru answered the door, laughing when her son ran between her legs. She looked up and her smile faded slowly. "What is it? What happened?"

"Shade." Elizabeth said, kissing him on the cheek during their morning breakfast. "I'm taking the kids to the river today. Think you could take care of things at home?" She rubbed his shoulder.

"please tell me Naoki is here with you!" he begged

"No. He's not. What happened?" Hotaruasked quickly.

Shade made a noise of agreement, finishing off his mouthful. "Sure. Got it covered." He said with a nod. "Thee house will not move an inch."

"Oh Gods shes taken him. No! He is just a child!"
his voice hardened, "i'll kill her for this, she's gone too far. Ayama's daughter or not. she will not get away with this!"

"Kaoru you have to calm down." Hotaru told him. "I'm sure he's just gone down to the river or something."

Kaoru shook his head "if he wasn't here then she has found him. Amaterasu has taken Naoki but i am going to get him back!"

"Kaoru. He may have just gone on a walk. He was angry at you, he must have been. Calm down." Hotaru said.

Taro stood beside kuroi, looking around for Hikaru. He didn't like this one bit, normally they just took what they wanted, but this demon was playing with them.

Mori helped Yuni up, scowling darkly.

Kuroi shook his head "This... just got worse!"

Momiji fainted, Takeo picked her up and placed her in a tree, out of harms way
and walked back to Mori and Yuni
"This ain't over yet, keep an eye out for what ever it throws at us next"
a hand appeared out of the mist and grabbed Takeo by the hair
Hikaru grinned "Oyasuminasai!~"

Mori ran forwards and kicked out Hikaru's knees to get her to let go of takeo. "Found it."

"Let's go then, we've got to find them!" Taro said urgently, looking serious for once in his life.

Hikaru backflipped out of reach laughing manicly
A huge fireball swelled in her palm and she blasted Mori into a wall

"Ooh! I like this one!"

Mori yelled as he collided with the wall, sinking down and leaning his weight onto his hands. He scowled and pulled himself up. "Get the hell out of here, we've done nothing to you!"

"Wrong!~" Hikaru chimed grabbing Mori by the throat and hurling him into a tree

Takeo aimed a kick at her head from behind, which she caught,
wrenching his ankle and slamming him into the floor
"You and I have some issues we need to discuss"

Mori remained against the base of the tree, cradling his head. Can't take much more of this crap.
