Yuki looked down at his hands. "I tried so hard..."

Elizabeth started to cook.

"You did what you could." Taro said quickly. "It's not your fault, humans and freezing water just... don't mix."

"I'd rather it have been me." Yuki sighed, looking down at his hands. "He has an entire family."

Sitting up properly, Taro took hold of Yuki's hands to break his line of vision. "You couldn't have made that happen even if you wanted it to. There was nothing that could have been done." He said firmly.

"Just makes me remember how unfair this world is." Yuki sighed. "Just makes me want to stay in bed and forget everything."

Taro nodded slowly. "It is unfair. It always is, but please don't beat yourself up over this. You did what you could."

"And now I'm staying in bed forever." Yuki smiled, holding Taro close. "With you."

Taro smiled and gently kissed Yuki. "Maybe we shouldn't move."

"Smells good, and it's what?" Mori asked about the food, laning over the bench.

"Not ever." Yuki smiled, touching his forehead to Taros. "Ever."

"Some Bacon and Eggs the lady down the street gave me." Elizabeth said, smiling sadly down at the food while she tucked her blonde hair behind her hair. "She's always been a sweetheart."

"That's a long time though, to be just lying here." Taro mused, smiling slightly. "And this entire place smells like fish."

Mori felt a surge of sympathy, and folded his arms with a frown. "I'm going to go out and get work, then I'll be able to keep an eye out for you all and pay for room and board, help you out." He said, watching her. "I'm really sorry that this happened to you."

Elizabeth smiled at him. "I know bad things happen to good people. And I know its the opposite too. I don't want to dwell on it."

Yuki frowned. "Don't ruin my fluff moment."

Mori nodded with a grunt. "Anything you want me to do, though, just let me know. Once we've eaten I'll see if I can't fix the windows." Help out was the least he could do if she was in a situation like this and talking to him. His self imposed solitude had nearly driven him stir crazy.

Taro gave a laugh, shaking his head. "Right, I'll stop that. Sorry."

Elzabeth handed him the food and kissed his temple. "Its good to have you around."

Yuki smiled.

"Making up for being a pain before." He said with a grimace, then thanking her for the food. "Which reminds me, I never apologised for what I did back in the bar, did I? I am sorry. Drank too much, got no real excuse for that."

"Any ambitions for the next ten years?" Taro quizzed, smiling and touching Yuki's cheek.

"As I said, bad things happen to good people." Elizabeth said. "Sometimes it changes a person."

"To stay in bed and forget anything else." Yuki mumbled.

"Hmm." Mori started eating, glancing around the room.

"Yuki, it's not your fault." Taro said, smile dropping. "If that's what you mean. We've been over this, and I'm sure she doesn't blame you."

Elizabeth went to wake up Alexander and Evelyn.

"I just like the world thats in bed." Yuki said.

Unknown to the other occupants of the house, Rhun had slipped from his room through the glass-less window, regards to the pirates. He had wanted to go for a walk. The dock was an interesting place to be in the morning, and even if everything was still in shambles, he was going to go anyway. He was sitting on the edge of the wooden dock, watching the few who were still in buisness move about their boats.

Taro hummed softly, hugging Yuki.

"Hey, you came down to help with the clean up?" A brown haired boy asked Rhun as he stepped up behind him. He was a fishermens helper if anything. He put a box of tools down.

Yuki smiled.

"Yeah, I'll help." Rhun said, nodding and standing up. "If I can." He shrugged lightly and tucked his hair behind his ears.

"Okay, you might stay here all day, but I'm up." Taro decided aloud, getting up.

"Thank god." The boy laughed, smiling stunningly. "We need all the help we can get, this wya." He led the other boy to where the ruins of the dock was worse.

Rhun smiled after the other boy. "And, what should I do? Just, clear stuff up?"

"Basically." The boy nodded. "Once thats done, we can work on restoring the docks to its once was glory."

"Which mighht come in handy later on." He said, starting to help out where he could. "Rhun, by the way."

The boy smiled and held out a hand, after he wipped it on his pants of course. "David."
