"Oh? You'll have to explain that one" Anei said as Kietsu unlocked the door for them, leading the way inside their new abode.

"Hardly worth getting into." Mori said witth an irritable shrug. "Complete madness. Speaking of madness, you would not believe the crowd of demons here, considering the damn churches."

Elizabeth pulled her clock tighter around her body as she walked through the streets. She was exhuasted. She couldn't wait until she got home and could put her feet up and relax.

She really hated parliment.

"Yeah. heard about them" Anei frowned, fingering her bracelet, "And I thought the Monks were bad enough..."

"Hardly, these ones are mad. Hey..." Mori pulled Anei aside and frowned. "You never saw Etsuko before you came here did you? Not that I'm expecting you to have just... Thought id ask."

(( Huh whut? ))

"No, I don't believe I did" Anei said, peering around her new kitchen and poking the various 'European' instuments.

The kids by this point had started loudly arguing over which bed was theirs, causing Zetsubou to cringe and avoid the back room avidly.
"I'm going to check out the garden" He mumbled to no one in particular, hands over his ears.

Mori nodded. "I guess, unless you need a hand with something, I should leave you to it."

"Alright then..." Anei said with a smile, "Come round for lunch tomorrow, and feel free to bring the others, we should be settled in by then"

Leaning up she gave him a quick peck on the cheek, "It really is great to see you again"

"Sure, ill see you later then." Mori said and headed out the door with a smile.

"Thank you for letting me stay," Anuerin chimed, holding his bag to his chest. He figured he would get the room that nobody else picked.

Elizabeth held Alexander and Tosh in her arms as she hummed gently, soothing the boys to sleep. She couldn't risk losing this family, but she also couldn't risk passing up a chance to make their lives better.

She had a plan, she just didn't know how it would effect her family. Or her relationship with Mori for that matter. But she'd have to see.

She wasn't made for queendom.

Yuki sat on the palace roof and looked over onto the harbor. He missed Sadaharu. He missed Zetsubou. He missed the non crazys in his life. Maybe he should say he missed Zetsubou before he went Crazy. Actually, thinking back on it he really didn't have a good run of relationships. Was he cursed or something? Why coudn't he actually be happy?

He just wanted what he saw everyone else having. He wanted love, he wanted a family, he wanted to be wanted. Why was it so hard? He did so much, you'd think Karma would turn around and help him one of these days.

He groaned and held his head. He hated being depressed.

"You know you're always welcome!" Anei admonished, "You're family by now"

This of course caused Kietsu to snort as he passed on the way to the backrooms.

Anuerin smirked as Kietsu passed and poked out his tongue before solemnly thanking Anei and walking off to claim his room.

Mori sat down at the table, tapping the timber idly as he thought. He honestly had no idea what was going on anymore, but if Elizabeth wanted a hand anywhere he was happy to help. But he just didn't know what to do; felt rather useless actually.

Elizabeth appeared beside him. "Mori, can we speak?"

"Of course, what's going on?" He asked, gesturing to the chair across from him. "Some new problem with the courts?"

"I wish this could have been done in time, but we need to do this now." Elizabeth took a deep breath. "If we want to continue being together, we need to get married."

Mori, who had been not entirely focused, having felt rather out of the loop lately, immediately snapped into tthe present and blinked in shock. That was really not at all in line with the plan he had been thinking over; all romantic and wonderful. He tried to form a sentance but paused and had to try again. "Ahh... Wait, what? I was going to... Really? I mean..." He looked slightly put out. "I was going to be all romantic..."

"I know darling." Elizabeth reached over and took his hand. "And I will let you. I just have to give you a time limit. We have less than a month to get married and move into the palace, or I will be forced into another marriage."

"How on earth do we get something organised that quickly?" Mori asked, looking rather stressed. "It has to happen, actually, what are we doing sitting?!" He shook his head, looking bemused. "Actually, I must step back for a second. Elizabeth," He gazed over the table with a cheezy grin. "Would you marry me?"

Elizabeth chuckled and smiled. "I would love too."

"Great, hey, wwait here." Mori darted up from the chair and in five seconds flat was out the door. He then ran back in to kiss her and then quickly left again with a called, "Just wait." over his shoulder.

Elizabeth smiled and sat back down. Maybe this wouldn't end as bad as she first thought it would.

It didn't take too long for Mori to return, and he walked back in with his hands behind his back, attempting and failing to conceal the rather abundant bunch of flowers he was holding. He paused for a moment to rearrange what he was holding and then knelt down and held out the flowers and a carved box containing the ring he hada been intending on paying off over time.

Elizabeth smiled and took his face between her hands. She kissed him. "I love you." She said softly, taking the box and opening it.
