He ran. Taro ran after him, but was outpaced by Shade. Reaching the enterance, Shade stopped before throwing himself forwards after Elizabeth.

A group pf Demons surounded Elizabeth and picked her up, Starting to walk away.

Panicking, Shade charged forwards, letting loose a cry of rage as they attempted to make off with Elizabeth. He grabbed one around it's neck and shoved it out of his way.

Another demon back handed Shade with all its might, all of them let out a cry of rage.
The Master had asked for a hostage, they will get him one.
One demon ran off with a knocked out Elizabeth as the rest faught anyone willing.

Staggering back, Shade blearily made out Elizabeth and her captor, vanishing into the thickening trees. He swore, shaking his head and hurtling forwards, lashing out at the demons with a blade he'd until recently had concealed in his sleeve.

"Ayama!" Taro yelled, charging back into the cavern. "Quick!"

Ayama rushed out and her eyes widend. She knew who was behind this. "SHADE!" She called to him. " Get back! Stop this! It will get you no-where!" She hoped that worked.

It didn't have quite the desired effect. Instead, Shade found himself becoming desperate, simply trying to force his way past the demons so as to persue Elizabeth.
"I can't leave her!"

Ayama swore and turned to Taro. "You stay back, got it." She ordered before bringing out her own blade from within her sleves and running forward, attacking every demon she could to stop Shade.

Taro stood by the doorway, one hand hanging onto the rock as he watched them fight, face set. Shade backed up. The style of fighting they were using was nearly insanely different to the 'norm'. Or his 'norm'. He stepped back, looking pained as he realized he wouldn't ba bale to catch up to Elizabeth.

The demons all fell or ran.
Ayama looked to Shade, she pointed her weapon into his face. " When I tell you to do something you do it got it? This is not your land and you do not know the dangers."

Shade scowled darkly. "You cannot order me to simply ignore her. I serve her line. I refuse to just leave her at a whim. You saw what happened last time!" He shot back, tugging a hand through his hair. Taro edged down to stand behind Shade.

"You simply follow her because you serve her line? Then you do not deserve to know her." Ayama said, dropping her weapons. "I know this place Sir, I know what must be done. Those demons are under the strict order of mentaro, meaning Mental in Enlgish. he's taken her hostage and will not harm her."

"I do not serve her only due to her line!" Shade spat, but Taro interrupted with a wave of his hand.
"Just wait," He turned to Ayama. "You're sure he won't hurt her?" He queried.

"I know him." Ayama said. "trust me." She turned back to Shade. "From what I hear frm what you tell me you do. Stay here, I'll go after her."

Shade crossed his arms but nodded sharply in agreement, mouth pressed in a thin line. Taro sat down ehrer they were, crossing his legs. "Careful"

Ayama walked inside and ran out moments later with a bag on her back, she jumped into the trees and ran off.

"I'll stay behind and let the others know" Taro offered, placing a hand on Shade's shoulder as he moved to follow Ayama. "Good" He grunted and, without a backwards glance, put himself to the task of keeping up with the demoness. Taro paused for a moment, rocking on his feet, before turning and heading back up to the cavern.

Ayama ran as far as her nose would allow. She sat herself down and landed on the ground. She sniffed the ground and set off running upon the ground this time.

Shade hoped he was going the right way. Finally, he heard a noise in front of him. He made a note to thank whatever god there was for his hearing before racing off again,c areful this time to keep quiet as he went.

Before her stood Mentaros home and below that, stood what looked like as thousands of demons.
Ayamas eyes widend.

Shade didn't realize she had stopped, running out and halting just behind her. "I think you underestimated the situation."

Ayama spun quickly and grabbed his colalru, her blade at his neck. "I warned you not to come." She told him stirnly. "yu should have headed my words. I ought to through you to the mercy of those demons below."

Shade smiled grimly and twisted her arm, eversing her hold on him so the blade was at her throat. "Don't assume I will do as sirected. I will help." He said and released her arm. Good old suprise antics.

"If you are the cause for her death, I will throw you to the demons below." Ayama warned, putting her blade away.

"How could you say that?!" He snarled. "I wouldn't let that happen!"
