When Mori left the hut, the blonde man walked back into his room and over to his worktable. Taro smiled sadly and picked up the repaired doll, turning it in his hands. He was of half a mind to go and find Evelyn to return it, but lacked the enthusiasm to do so. A sigh left his lips and he sat down on the edge of his bed, holding his head, blonde hair drifting over his eyes.

"Hoi Yuki." Mori called. "What do we do now? It's not like we can just let that lunatic run riot." He said, having apparently dropped his earlier irritation.

"I was thinking we could stay here a few days." Yuki grinned. "Give me more time to seduce the fool." He placed his hands behind his head.

"I don't understand your motives sometimes" Mori said after a moment, leaning against the wall of the hut.

"Why don't you be honest with yourself?" Yuki asked.

Mori gave a sharp laugh. "You don't get it. Hell, who do you think I am?" He ran a hand through his hair. He looked weary of the conversation already. "Satori-" He shook his head. "You're wrong."

"Mori, let yourself be hapy I mean. Fuck." Yuki swore, running a hand through his hair. "God knows you deserve it."

Mori's eyes darkened. "I think I can decide that for myself." He said lowly. "I cannot just... I've lost her twice. There's no point in discussing what I should be doing."

"Mori." Yuki said softly. "She's not coming back. Its been three years. Let yourself find love again and be happy."

"I'd appreciate you staying out of my decisions." Mori said sharply. "This is not something I will discuss." His tone softened suddenly. "I appreciate the concern, but I know what I'm doing."

Yuki gave a sigh. "Fine. But trust me. The life style, it isn'tas bad as you think..." Yuki crossed his arms and walked away.

Mori scowled. His simple question had raised more problems than it had fixed. "Damn it." He cursed and made for the sake.

Wuu stared unblinkingly at one of the random children who had run past him. Neither moved, one because he was too frightend too and the other because he was having too much fun.
Then he was hit over the head with a large stick and dragged away.

Yuki sat down in the only quiet place he could find and held his head. He couldn't breath right now. That last few words he spoke had crushed him, causing him to wish that he had neevr said it.
They weren't bad and they didn't hurt but they made his heart cry. It had been over three years. Three! Years! Three years was a long time. What if he didn't want to tlk to Yuki anymore? The rat didn't know what to do. Could he move on? He didn't even know that.

Elizabeth and Amaterasu sat inside, both holding small cups as they chatted and laughed. That is until a muddy girl ran throughthe house and attached herself to her mothers skirts.
"I'm a mud queen!" Evelyn exclaimed.
Elizabeth laughed. "No love, your in need of a bath."

Amaterasu smiled softly, her eyes seeming almost envious.

"Hey, where'd Yuki go?" Sadahau asked Mori cautiously as he reentered the room. He looked like he was going to break something. Mori shrugged and Sadaharu set off to look for him. He had wanted to chat, but now he suspected Mori had fianlly risen to the bait. He prodded his aching head.

Yuki couldn't move, and he felt like talking even less than he wanted to move. So really, thee rat jusst wanted to stay where he was wellowing in self pity.

Sadaharu continued looking, calling his friends name as he wandered around the village. Taro left his room to join the two women, laughing at Evelyn. "What a mess! Clean up and I'll be able to give your doll back" He said, chuckling.

Yuki looked up when his name was called, he wipped his eyes, trying to make it seem like nothing was wrong.

Evelyn grinned. "Okay!" She ran off to clean up. Elizabeth laughed
