Groaning low in his throat, Zetsubou placed a shakey hand on his forehead, when it came back bloody he just stared at it bemusedly and spent a good few minutes staring at the sky before stumbling to his feet and collapsing into a nearby tree and staring off into nothing again.

Anei gently petted the child that had hidden itself in her clothes, frowning slightly to herself, Mentaro=father... deal with that later...where's Zetsubou?

Sekkou frowned as he touched the dirt under his feet, "Did they come this way?"

"Maybe...but the aura is fading, we'll have to move quickly." Takai muttered, "come on"

(( From now on Takai's mother was a priestess so he can sense demonic aura's if he concentrates really really hard ))

"Thats true." Evelyn said, turning on the spot. "But can I be leader, Rhuns always leader. he says its because he's the boy but I want to be leader! Then I can tell him off because he's a poo head who doesn't look after his sisters things."

Yuki held his hair as he walked. That was everyone... Everyone. No more grandfather, Mother, sister... lover...
Even Zetsubou had forgotten about him.

Why was it everything he cherished just...Went away? Died? Was he a poison. Was his touch... Was he just not allowed to be happpy?

Was that everyones plan? The bigger picture? Make Yuki sqiurm! Kill everyone he loves!

Well fuck that, and fuck the bigger picture!

"That's right. You tell him that." Taro said with a shake of his head as he stood. "Go on, get home. I think uncle Mori is lost." Taro tapped the side of his nose. "I should go find him."

"Ok." Evelyn nodded before turning and running back to the house. "RHUUUNNN!!! DADDY-TARO SAID I'M IN CHARGE!"

Sandy looked to the preistess worried. "Don't die ya hear?You'll make it through."

Raven walked into the room and cast a glance at Sandy "I can take care of her, if you want. I have experience with poisons, perhaps not as much as her, but I may be able to help." He offered, spreading his arms.

"NO HE DIDN'T!" Rhun bellowed from the doorway. "You're lying again! Mum! Evelyn's lying again!" He yelled back into the house, turning around.

Taro's smile fell slowly from his face as he turned to find Mori.

Sandy looked up and his eyes darked with distrust. He didn't know this man. He growled, his teeth sharpening.

"He did to!" Evelyn cried, running inside. "Mummy, Rhuns the one who's lying!"

"Would you to just shut up for three minutes!" Elizabeth snapped.

Raven smirked. "I assure you, I pose no threat. I have been housed by her before, all I want is to help."

Rhun crossed his arms angrily. "She started it." He mumbled, huffing his way over to the corner of the room where his toy soldiers lay.

"Well, I'm finishing it." Elizabeth huffed. "Evelyn! Stick that tongueback in your mouth!"

Evelyn pouted and moved her tongue back into her mouth. "Sorry mummy."

Sandy slowly oved away, but sat watch in the corner.

Raven nodded in thanks at the removal of threat and sat down on the edge of the bed, spreading out his herb kit. If it had to be done, it had to be done. If nothing else to gain an alibi. He started setting up the antidote but made sure to include a few more poisons.

Keep them sick, scare the village. Once everyone started coming down with the same 'illness' that their head miko had been held by, then panic was assured.

And this thing would stop baring it's fangs at him. It just had to go.

"Why are you always so angry?" Rhun grumbled, taking a risk as his attitude set in. "You're allowed to argue."

Elizabeth looked to Rhun. She knew taking her mood out on her son was wrong. but she had cared for Sadaharu and his death had effected her.

"Is that an attitude I hear?" Elizabeth asked, calming herself down.

"No." He said with more attitude underlying his voice, if it were possible. He glared at the floor.

"Is someone sulking?" Elizabeth teased lightly, walking up behind him. "I think someons in a bad mood." Pulling him back onto her, she started to tickle him.

Rhun cackled and tried to twist away from her, face bright as his attempted sulk vanished. "Ma! Don't tickle me!" He begged with a bout of laughter.

Mori sat by the side of the freshly dug mound of dirt, under which Sadaharu had been buried. His arms were wrapped around his knees, his head resting on top of his crossed arms. His eyes snapped open as arms slid around his neck, Taro leaning over his shoulders to hug him. Mori's jaw tightened and he looked straight ahead, not giving Taro any recognition.

"I'm sorry." Taro murmured, forehead against Mori's shoulder and arms loosely around his neck. Mori's expression faltered, something about the contact wrenching away his determination to shut it out. He reached up and took hold of Taro's hand, bowing his head as tears came to his eyes.

Elizabeth giggledand kissed his chbby cheek a few times. She stopped tickling him, but still held him in her arms.

Yuki cried out as anger finally took over his self pity. He grabbed hold of the truck of a tree, and ripped it clean out of the ground. He couln't take this anymore.

With another angry cry he threw it across the forest. What was going on?! Why did everyone he loved die?!

Falling to his knee's, Yuki grippedhis shirt and pants. Tears finally came to his eyes and spilled over. He leaned forward, taking a mouthful of dirt but not stopping his sobs from breaking free.

Death leaned against a tree over looking the town. Yes, he could see it now. The big black cloud of Death hanging over it.

Not him of course, since he was currently the blonde man leaning against a tree, but an inviable cloud. yes, it was very invisable.

"Nyahhh, whats up doc?" Said a voice next to him, nearly making him jump out of his pants. Death spun and saw a bunny next to him eating a carrot.

"Bugs?" he asked, rubbing his eyes. When he opened them again, Bugs was gone. And a person was speaking behind him.

"Heres Johnny!"

Death nearly shit himself and as he spun his face broke into a wild grin. "Ravenial! Man, what are you doing out of the pits of hell?" He cried, pulling the other man into a hug.

"The gatekeepers gate follows him. See?" Ravenial, who now looked almost identical to Death only with a few changes. Such as fashion scense.
But as he spoke, he pointed to a large gate behind him. It howled and growled, and also seemed to sing.
The door disapeared.
"Freaky..."Ravenial mumbled, glancing about. "So, Who's about to die?"

Rhun rubbed a hand over his cheek and grinned before hugging his mum. "Love you." He said cheerfully, twisting a hand gently in her hair.

"I love you too baby." Elizabeth said, Hugging him a little longer.

Shade walked back into the house and scooped up Evelyn. "Some sort of illness passing through the village." He said to Elizabeth, looking troubled. "The Kagami children are sick, and Arashi won't come and look at them, word is she's sick too." He said with a frown, kissing his daughter's head.

Evelyn coughed a little and cuddled into her fathers neck.

Elizabeth looked down to Rhun and touched his forhead. "Feeling sick?"

"I've lost the trail of the demon." Takai murmered as he looked around in deep thought causing Sekkou to sigh and produce a water skin, procuring it towards his partner.

"Just....lost it?"

"Yes, but I've picked up another, it's mixed in heavilly with human aura's" He muttered around the rim of the skin, wiping sweat off of his brow, "They should be just ahead."

"Nope!" He proclaimed. "Feel fine." He said and shifted from her arms, making a beeline to his toys.

"What about you, hmm? What was that?" Shade asked Evelyn, stroking her hair. "You not feeling to well?"

Yuki clucthed his bodyclose, not carying how dirty he was getting. He was sick of feeling only pain.

Evelyn shook her head. "Just a cough. Sakura gets coughs all the time. Says its because of the smell in the air. maybe Daddy smells, maybe thats why I'm coughing! RHUN! DADDY SMELLS!"

"Hoi, don't you start!" Shade warned with a laugh. "You come and tell us if either of you starts to feel sick, okay? And if you feel any worse come and tell us, alright Evelyn?" Rhun nodded sombrely at his father and turned his attention back to his toys.

Evelyn nodded. "Yeah, I will. Only if I get to be boss. I'm boss right daddy?"

"Hmm... Ahhh..." Shade winked at Elizabeth. "Your mother's the boss, you'd be better to aks her." He grinned.
